Welcome to 88f. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the 88f online casino and sports betting platform, operated under the domain 88f.cam ("Platform", "Site", "88f", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, accessing any game, or otherwise using any part of the 88f Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts credited to a player's Account pursuant to an active 88f promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

4.5 Account Security. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must immediately change your password and contact 88f customer support. 88f reserves the right to temporarily freeze any Account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. 6.4 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of all Bonus Funds, any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension: (a) creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; (b) using software, bots, or other automated tools to generate qualifying wagers; (c) placing low-risk or mathematically neutral wagers solely to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine gaming intent.

6.5 88f reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any Bonus Funds that have not been awarded at the time of a promotion's withdrawal will not be credited.

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, engage in any of the following activities while using the 88f Platform:

• Use any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with games, the cashier, or any other part of the Platform.
• Engage in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or live dealer table games.
• Exploit any software bug, error, or loophole in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from an exploited bug are void and must be returned.

8.1 Breach of any of the prohibitions listed above constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of such a breach, 88f reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, void all pending and historical bets placed in connection with the breach, forfeit any balance held in the Account, and pursue any available legal remedies.

9.1 88f is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion options.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Any player who believes their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 12 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. 11.3 Any unauthorised use of 88f's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable law.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88f, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including gambling losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 88f has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.2 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss. All gambling decisions are made at your sole discretion and risk. 88f does not guarantee that you will win any amount when using the Platform.

12.3 88f's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 88f's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting 88f support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

13.2 Termination by 88f. 88f reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) provision of false registration information; (c) failure to complete KYC verification; (d) suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering; (e) abuse of bonuses or promotions; (f) court order or regulatory instruction; or (g) any other reason that 88f reasonably considers necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the safety of its players.

13.3 Where an Account is closed by 88f due to a breach of these Terms, 88f reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in that Account and to withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

14.1 88f reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 88f will provide reasonable notice to existing registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

14.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised each time these Terms are amended. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.

14.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.
